Primary Level: Grades 1, 2 and 3

Year 2012-2013, five SPED Teachers were sent to attend seminar on K-12 for Grade One.It was very challenging according to SPED Teacher attendees because they need to teach the ten academic subjects for almost five to six hours daily. Teachers as well as SPED Students underwent heaps of adjustments because of pressures due to some behaviors that hinder learning aside from the children’s disabilities.

These SPED  pupils  are categorized as “educable”. Teachers grouped themselves every afternoon and modified the skills to be taught for the CSN . Periodical Exams are administered periodically. Parents enthusiastically help their children when informed of the unmastered skill for remediation. Out of 45 students who underwent grade one K-12 Curriculum, 41 or 91% were promoted to grade two. They are now the school pride because five teachers again are handling grade two classes to continue the program.
